At Sub Zero, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
