With a minimum packed weight of just 1.85 kg and the convenience of a single-pole tunnel structure, it makes fast, efficient camp setup a breeze. A generous 95 cm head height and 220 × 110 cm internal footprint give you breathing room inside despite the compact size, so you won’t feel cramped even after a long day’s walk. Its large side entry door and vestibule provide practical access and gear storage while you rest in comfort.
Sustainability and durability go hand-in-hand here: the flysheet uses solution-dyed, recycled, PFC-free fabric and the groundsheet boasts a 5000 mm hydrostatic head. Dual end vents boost airflow to keep condensation at bay, and you can swap the alloy end poles for trekking poles to shave weight and simplify your gear-list. With its compact 34 × 16 cm pack size, the Norte Compact 1 slips neatly into a backpack for mountain trails, cycle-touring trips or wild overnights.
