Primus Winter Gas utilises Vapor Mesh™ technology to provide greater power output at low temperatures.
This technology makes Primus Winter Gas the fastest sub-zero boiling canister fuel available. It increases the speed of vaporisation from liquid to gas with the inclusion of an absorbent paper insert that increases the surface area available for liquid fuel to evaporate into a gas state. That means a higher pressure, allowing the burner to consistently receive more fuel. This results in a stronger flame that cuts down boiling time in low temperatures, and overall better cold-weather performance.
After 60 minutes of cooking, a Winter Gas cartridge is approximately 9% more powerful than one without Vapor Mesh. After 120 minutes of use it delivers about 15% more power.
These 230g power gas cannisters are ideal for two people over a long weekend.
